“Booked this property as it was conveniently and strategically located at the end of day 2 (10 hr days) of my 5 day drive from Whitehorse to SW Ontario. The front desk staff (evening on arrival and check out morning) were extremely pleasant and helpful. The property is located in a mall complex and parking was difficult and extremely crowded. The property itself ( all interior areas) is tired and worn. Hallway carpets and walls/doors are old and in beed of repair. The room itself, also worn and……

“The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?”

“We knew it was a hotel above a pub, so this was not unexpected at all: but be prepared for music to be on till the bar closes. We were put in a room that was far from the pub, so it wasn't that bad. The bar tender was very kind and et us check in after the check in dead line w which we appreciated very much. ”
