“Such a great time on the Water Lily. My husband and i stayed and had our daughter with 3 of her friend's over one day. It was a gorgeous day on Danielle's house boat. 3 decks to enjoy. Swimming right of the boat was easy and there is an oversized float tgat my daughter anf her friend's enjoyed. Bed was very comfortable. Danielle was a great host! I highly recommend it! We'll be back! ”

“The house has great historical charm, is immaculate with and incredible view from the roof-deck. My favorite room is the dining/livingroom. Huge room with full view of the outdoors and a fabulous stone fireplace. The location was just what i was hoping; quiet, beautiful and spacious.Loved it!”

“Beautiful interior renovation, clean, and well stocked with kitchenware. Upstairs bathroom may be challenging for anyone taller than 6’ 2”, but the downstairs bathroom will be fine. Location is great for attending local activities. ”

“Great Little Beach house just under a mile from private beach. Spacious with two levels, fire pit and private backyard. Great residential neighborhood.”

“The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back.”

“Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future”
