“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.The only minor issue we encountered was the patio area, which unfortunately wasn’t set……

“It was my wife's birthday, I wanted a nice weekend getaway with the wife and kids. This place was perfect! My wife loved the house, the beach view, the open concept. She loved waking up to the sound of beach waves! This place was perfect! We loved it and so did the kids!”

“Excellent stay and great location for many in the area. Even a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Plenty of room, large back yard and deck to enjoy. Every amenity you can possibly need! Owner was very cordial if needed. Highly recommend! ”

“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”
