“One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. The house was fantastic, the room was immaculate and charming, the brand new porch area was very inviting.We were only there for one night, but would have definitely liked to stay longer. “We attended a family wedding at the Bristol Harbor Inn with our adult children and stayed here as a family. The location was spectacular, the layout of the apartment was exactly what we wanted.We did have a little bit of a problem getting in, but once that was Accomplished, we could not have enjoyed a better time. We certainly will be coming back here again. Next time we need to stay in Bristol.”

“The State Room was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is residential, with a nearby renovated mill that contains a local brewery about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood begs to be explored for the local businesses and historical buildings. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is to fairly quiet except for a small local tavern that closes at 1:00 am. But the neighborhood is quiet in less than hour. I would definitely stay again.”

“Even though this is a third floor, it was very easy to manage with frequent landings. My significant other is 84 years old and he did just fine. The apartment is nicely decorated in each room. Plenty of hot water. My only two wishes were firstly,check out time could be later so we could get up leisurely and make breakfast. Also would have liked an extra throw for the bed.Definitely will return.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Great proximity to the tennis hall of fame, coffee shop, restaurants, and stop and shop if you need groceries. Staff was accommodating and helpful. “Exactly as we were expecting! Beautiful, bright, comfortable and perfectly located! Exceptional detail in amenities provided. Communications with host were quick , friendly and very easy. Outstanding response time. Thoughtful placement of Sound machine in bedrooms helped with the late night noisy neighborhood which wasn’t overly troublesome just a bit frustrating.
