“Everything was perfect except the initial check in. I travel a LOT for work and had saved rewards to pay for hotels while traveling to vacation destination. Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasn’t having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process. ”

“Everything was excellent except the guy who checked us in was very rude and a smart ass. He was also rude when I asked about a way to get an Uber. The night lady was great though. We loved our room and everything else though. That guy just needs to be a lot nicer.”

“I booked this hotel because me and my daughter were going to a concert at the Orion amphitheater. Many restaurants are only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. And the Orion is only another 5 minutes walk. Wonderful location for going to the Orion ”

“My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Placemakr Huntsville. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was incredibly clean and spacious. We had a balcony with a view of Mid City and beyond and the building is in walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafes, and fun places to visit. The parking garage offers the convenience of parking on the same floor as your room so you can bring in your bags or groceries with ease. We were only there for a night so we walked to a……

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“Was just needed a place to stay for the night and was working nearby. For the price it was excellent given I didn't need anything but a comfortable bed and a quiet room to sleep. I booked my room after eating at the restaurant next store and literally checked in five minutes later.”
