“Got in super late due to travel trouble and asked if it was possible to get a late check put at noon and got a very rude and abrupt NO i said i would have paid a fee still No thought that was crappy but over all a good place to stay ”

“We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville. The little yard is fenced in so it was nice to have a private area to let our dog off her leash and the neighborhood was quiet to walk her if needed. It’s a very dog friendly rental! Shermar kept in good communication with us, made sure to give directions to……

“My family and I stayed at this property for 4 days. There was 8 adults and 3 children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located near stores and restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet. The property is an older property but many of the updates, modern finishes and newer appliances stand out in this property. We enjoyed many games nights outside and at the pool.
