“Great stay! Beds were a bit smaller than anticipated but with the general assumption this is typically used as a hunting or snowmobiling cabin we made it work. Cute cabin decor, great back porch and firepit for socializi g. Awesome showers, great water pressure. Living room space could use a wall-mounted TV but mainly because we wanted to share pictures- otherwise we were fine without it (a few guests had mobility issues that prevented us from sharing downstairs). “The host was very friendly and available. When she learned that we would have an infant, she offered and provided a pack n play, booster seat, toy, and a (very necessary dog gate to prevent falling down the stairs. The cabin was very clean, well appointed, and spacious. We would 100% recommend, and will consider for future trips. The only downfall with the location is that it is on the main road, so if you have kids that are too young to be aware, outside time has to be closely supervised. ”

“Great location to waterfalls, pictured rocks and all other U.P. locations. Place was very inviting, clean and fun. It had all the needed amenities and some special kindness. Hot tub was a great addition and located right out back. Laundry room was a bonus. Just a wonderful place to stay when visiting the U.P. Will definitely visit again.”

"The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
