"When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ,and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold toothbrushes for sale for $3 … I think it was drama , and I relook the hotel the parking fees was $20 and breakfast was $10, these not showing on the first-page when I’m booking. so everything was terrible ."
