“Very impressed with the space and layout of the house. The pool was fantastic, even though we paid more to heat it, it was worth it! Location was perfect. Close to the everything. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. ”

“The property was super spacious with a split bedroom floor plan (primary bed and bath on one end and on the other end 3 other bedrooms with lots of beds and a full bath with double sinks). Big open kitchen, large dining table and living room with lots is seating for everyone to hang out together. An additional room off the living area could be used as yet another bedroom as there were blow up mattresses available in the bedroom closets. Huge backyard with different area for lounging with……

“We had a great experience staying at this house over spring break. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was clean well set up for large groups, giving lots of privacy and everybody their own bathroom. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. We hope to stay there again someday!”

“This is a lovely home, in a clean and quiet neighborhood, in a very beautiful and well-maintained suburb of Phoenix. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights, while in town for a wedding, as a family of 8, and had everything we needed. Communication was top notch; very kind and responsive. I am sure I will be visiting the Phoenix area frequently to visit my son and his new wife, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. ”

Excellent supply of everything (towels, soaps, TV’s…) pictures are accurate and it is even better in person.The Not so Great: communication was good to start, but when inquiring about an early check in time, it went silent. “Your house was clean, cozy, and homey. You had many amenities available to us. However, the home appeared as though you moved out quickly and didn't quite have time to set up for renters (hardly any dish/sink soap and no refill provided, toilet paper hold not properly installed, no kitchen garbage can (at least not an appropriate size for a kitchen), there was an air mattress in the 'game' room but no bedding for it, not garbage bags available for outside garbage can, no matches to light the BBQ……

“Property was better that imagined. Had a full case of water and fresh fruit upon arrival. And cookies and douts. Coffee was supplied and the kitchen was well stocked. Backyard was unreal. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a real nice place to stay. ”
