“A warm welcome by Jay with tips and directions to help the family get settled. The cottage was well prepared for a long or short stay. While an older decor, the cottage has been well maintained and offered some nostalgic forms of media (cassette deck, cassette tapes and dvd player). The days and nights were almost completely silent with plenty of privacy. The screen porch was very nice for dining without bugs buzzing around your plate. This was a very memorable visit and hope to visit again.”

“In this quiet location at the end of the road, this cabin was perfect for our family of four to escape from the city. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen and living area. A nice breeze spread thought large windows in front and back of the cabin. Oxbow lake as viewed from the pier down the hill from the cabin, where I sat in the morning, was as smooth as glass. We had perfect views of the sunrise and sunsets. We could see a loon family on the lake every day and hear them singing. My family loved……
