“This hotel was perfectly situated for the event we were in town for. The only drawback is how loud traffic is in the evening and night.”

“It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the……

“A nice hotel overall with friendly desk staff and a comfy bed. The breakfast area is a little small and can get crowded as it did on both mornings we stayed there. Roos are clean and spacious.”

“The property has a terrible parking lot that is difficult to maneuver to start off with. Check-in went fine, but we needed a crib for our infant and the lady who checked us in literally looked at me with a what is a crib face. I had to actually explain it to her for her to only tell me they did not, even though the website said they did. It was the reason we chose this place, because our normal hotel was completely booked. Once in the room it looked good and normal, however the bathroom was not……

“The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were reasonably clean. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful. Breakfast was sparse but my child liked it. Condition of the hotel - not sure if it’s being renovated or what but it was not in great shape and smelled mildewy. The pool area was not very clean and smelled weird, although the pool itself was very clean and kids had a great time. Would probably stay again. ”

“I did not stay at this property. The entire place was filthy and there were undersirable people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby as We arrived. Requested to see the room and staff stated ' Did you see the pictures on the website"?. The rooms smelled and the carpet, chairs, walls and bedspread were covered with stains.and vomit in the elevator. ”
