“The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were reasonably clean. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful. Breakfast was sparse but my child liked it. Condition of the hotel - not sure if it’s being renovated or what but it was not in great shape and smelled mildewy. The pool area was not very clean and smelled weird, although the pool itself was very clean and kids had a great time. Would probably stay again. ”

“The property has a terrible parking lot that is difficult to maneuver to start off with. Check-in went fine, but we needed a crib for our infant and the lady who checked us in literally looked at me with a what is a crib face. I had to actually explain it to her for her to only tell me they did not, even though the website said they did. It was the reason we chose this place, because our normal hotel was completely booked. Once in the room it looked good and normal, however the bathroom was not……

“The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend staying there!”

“The room was comfortable, and the ac worked well. The young man who checked me in was very nice. I told the morning clerk when I checked out that the toilet was gurgling all night which made it hard to sleep as there was no white noise to cover up the sound. At one point I went into the bathroom to investigate and there was a bowl full of bubbles in the toilet.”

“We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times for basketball stuff. The last time we stayed, things were mostly good. I think the only thing that went wrong was never getting towels I requested. This time, was mostly good. There’s some discrepancy in the pool hours. Online it says 10, but signs by the pool say a later time. Another boy that stayed there said he stayed until 11 the first night but they were told to leave the pool at. 10:30. Not a big deal but consistency would be nice. Beware of the……
