“We had a very large room which was clean and well presented. Parking in the street was convenient with a free parking permit and we enjoyed the walk into the city. Unfortunately the host was unwell and cooked breakfast was unavailable that day so can't comment on it. We enjoyed our stay in Carlisle.”

“Very quiet, cozy & comfortable Inn. Although located in a remote area of Lake District, easy to find & can reach other spots easily. Must try the dinner at the restaurant which is very good with reasonable price. Only the towel rack in my room is not working which is a minor stuff. Furthermore everything in the breakfast seems overcooked.”
