“We were a bit leary about staying at a small independent hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m not sure but it looks like rooms were very recently renovated. The owners/ manager couple were very nice and accommodating. We will more than likely to stay there on a future trip to Norfolk. ”

“Our room was too warm and the front desk had to come up to fix the ac”

“Been staying here for 8 years. It is time for an upgrade. The carpets are stained and damaged. Breakfast area dusty. Dust hanging over food. The staff is the only reason you would recognize this as a Hilton property. ”

“Everyone was courteous, nice and helpful. The room and linens were clean. The only exception was that one elevator was out of service and other one was working properly. ”
