“Would stay here again”

“The property was lovely. Manager was very quick to respond. Love the place would stay again.”

“Perfect for a couple. Compact but has everything that a couple needs. Initial mix up due to scheduling problem but the owner showed up personally and resolved the matter. On-street parking was easy and unit was close to my desired amenities. I would stay there again.”

“The property was nice. Easy to get to. Fun play sets for little kids. Only issue we had was the toilet kept running if you didn’t pay attention to it if you didn’t push up the handle and water flowing out of shower because of the small glass door. No garbage bags found anywhere to replace the only used one we had.”

“Couldn’t be better. Toby replies immediately. Great kitchen with oil, salt, pepper, pasta, spices. I could have made a meal, if necessary. Markets nearby. Pharmacy. Great variety of restaurants. ”

“6 adults. Property itself and location excellent and as advertised. Very good condition and furnishings very nice. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space and nicely appointed with anything we needed. Communication from host excellent. Lots of stairs to get to this apartment on 3rd floor which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for a younger family or older people. Thermostat was a little more complicated than we were used to so some further direction on operating that would be……

“If you looking for basic accommodations in an BnB in Chicago, this rental is definitely both. Apartment 2R is cute on the surface. A kitchen, sm. appliances, two bedrooms with LOTS of beds, a decently sized living room, good fridge, safe sleepy neighborhood. SPECIAL NOTE: DO NOT PARK on Archer overnight . YOU WILL BE TOWED. It is quite a long trek to get to the impound lot and at least a 175 fine; it took seven hours off our stay in Chicago. lesson learned the hard wayThe more you look, you……

“Enjoyed my stay here. The property and the room were clean. The only issue I had was the AC stopped working and I had to call the front desk and have them walk me through resetting both thermostats. Other than that I had no issues. Would stay here again if I am in the area. ”
