“Nice locale just off the Lower Greenville strip. Good beds, nice area to relax. Fridge is a bit wonky and there were some ants but I told owner about it so hopefully taken care of by now! Beware, the garage can fit a car but will not fit a truck. My double cab Tacoma had no chance of fitting. Street parking is easy enough though. As advertised.”

“Our group of 8 travels to a NASCAR race each year. We were very impressed with the Cozy Lakefront location. The home & the setting is very nice, plenty of room for 5 adults. The whole place was very clean, everything needed to make meals was available, beds were very comfortable. Only negatives would be that the shower water pressure is very low, & there are some rundown neighborhoods just outside where the home sits. We by no means felt unsafe.
