“This was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of information—guiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! ”

“This was not our first time staying in a hotel down in the Outer Banks. However, I can say this one out did the last two that we had. The kitchen had every appliance that we could need. It was a little odd, not having an office, but actually worked out better than I thought it was going to. The communication with the person that checked us in and helped us with room service was incredible and fast. There was a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. “This was our first time renting on the sound and we chose the perfect house! The house was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions. She provided every ounce of instruction and recommendation you would need while staying there. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The private beach……

“I cannot say enough great things about renting this property. The amount of amenities was not something I've experienced in all my years renting. We did not have to bring beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and they even provided a cart to haul everything to the beach! It was wonderful! Condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was never crowded. You could see the ocean and moonlight from the balcony and we sat out there every night. The……
