“Very clean Motel. Friendly staff. Rooms are super clean and very functional. Love the layout. Comfortable beds. Pet friendly. Great outside barbecue areas. Nice fish cleaning stations. “The place has a great view but that's because it is almost a part of the ocean. I do not think the property will be there much longer before nature reclaims it. The beach is gone. There are giant sandbags in covering the beach in a last ditch effort to save the property. I was there less than 2 years ago and the beach was much wider with soft sand. Now you have to do gymnastics to get over the sandbags and to the beach. And the beach is mostly hard, broken shells. The houses near by are almost……

“The property was beautiful and staff was great. The room was very nice and view of the ocean to die for. The parking was a real issue for us, we got stuck both times we pulled in and out of the property. Hopefully the property owners will invest in something to clear the sand that blows in.”

“A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. ”

“This place was perfect. Would recommend to everyone. There is a lift for luggage so you don’t have to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The only questionable comment I have is this. Why am I required to sweep and mop and vacuum before leaving? ”

“It’s was great stay all together, but was mislead when we booked on Vrbo. The duplex was listed as entire home! But we got lucky and the upstairs guest left the next day we arrived so I didn’t feel I had to keep my kids quiet after that. We did like the location and view was wonderful. ”
