“We are so pleased to have discovered this little gem. From arrival at this charming village pub, the staff (and locals) were friendly and helpful, happy to give local info (restaurants, buses etc). We were shown our room which was one of 4 terraced bungalows, purpose built at the bottom of the pub garden so away from the pub, secluded with shrubbery and hedge and quiet. Perfectly adequately sized for 2 people, furniture of good quality. A lovely comfy super king size bed with crisp cotton……

“We decided at the last minute to break our journey on a bank-holiday weekend, from West Midlands to the East End of London and booked 'The Old School House Rooms' on chance and we were so pleased that we found them.
