“This house has all the character that I love and all the functionality that I love. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the rest of the house is charming! Neighbors have horses. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hard to find a house with a king size bed which is must for my husband and they had extra blankets. Just needed an extra fan to make some background noise. ”

The neighborhood was so peaceful, great for taking a stroll, and an easy distance from the downtown sights, Keeneland, and the Kentucky Horse Park. The house was very tastefully decorated and clean and had all the amenities needed with consideration for the traveler in mind. We would most definitely stay at this home again!!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. We stayed two nights and it had everything we needed for our short trip. A small note about the bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom has a door to the outside. Not an issue for us but we didn't notice it in the photos on the listing and thought if we had been traveling with small children it might have been an issue. We visited Kentucky Horse Park which was only 5 miles away and also toured Clairbourne Farms just a short drive to Paris Ky. We would love to come……

Zero issues and Seth was so good at communicating everything. Plenty of room for all of us and a great gathering space. 10/10 would recommend. ”
