“From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher.……

“Adorable home, close to stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, huge backyard with a fire pit and nice location. Loved our one night stay and were very comfortable in this house! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for a short trip, a girls weekend or as a stop along the way to a further away destination. Great place and great fenced in yard. Comfy beds. ”

“After long days at a local Lexington event, it was a perfect place to come back to and relax. The house was large enough for the entire family to have some space to relax, whether it was inside or taking in the beautiful scenery on the deck.The large family dining area was also perfect for meals, and the kitchen allowed us to have some family time around preparing and eating meals.Would stay at this location again”

“The place was everything it advertised and more! The location was very close to our event (JT Concert @ Rupp Arena), which made travel there and back much less troublesome. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The condo provided everything necessary for our stay and we had more than enough room for everyone. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone traveling to this area!”

“This property was perfect for our family to stay during the Keeneland sale. Plenty of space for all 8 of us, great location close to downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean upon arrival. He even allowed our dog to stay and had a fenced in back yard for him to roam around in. Seth went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even made a late night drop off for some supplies we were short on. He went above and……

“Secluded just as advertised. Our Golden retriever was very happy with the outside grounds. Site close to multiple hiking trails. Quite and relaxing evenings. Only negatives was someone's leftover pancakes and dirty oven pan was left in oven, and the outside grill was decrepit and filthy.”
