“We had two families (4 adults and 4 youths) staying at Ben’s’ place. This was a great house for exploring Red River Gorge and the hikes in the area. The house was very clean and the pool was an added bonus for the kids when we came back from days activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms great and comfortable. For me the only minor downside was that the pictures don’t show it’s actually located along a relatively busy road which I could hear in the mornings from the bedroom BUT……

“We chose the property because it looked clean in the pictures and has a hot tub -it was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub after hikes and a day of climbing. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable -my husband has back pain and kept saying he wished he could take it home with us. Overall, a great experience! ”

“Lovely place for my husband and I for a getaway. The place was clean and well organized, they had everything we needed. They asked that you bring your own shampoo and toothpaste, I would recommend also bringing some cooking oil or butter and your own coffee. We got to watch the lunar eclipse, it was beautiful! My highlander had no problem getting around the terrain even after the rain. The hottub was amazing after a long hike! I would definitively visit again, highly recommend. ”

“Rent this cabin if you want something secluded, but yes, other cabins in area. For evenings it has a huge covered deck with a swing, a glider, and lots of chairs and tables. AND a hot tub to relax aching muscles. Turned air conditioning to 70 & it cools house even if 80F outside, maybe bring a fan to move air upstairs. “most everything was very good, however one thing was very annoying the HVAC system when heating room would heat then switch itself to AC and cool room that was just heated and set for heat only.
