“We really enjoyed our stay at Clay. The property was very clean and cutely decorated. Be aware that the smoke detector is really sensitive. It went off both days when we cooked eggs for breakfast. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked of all necessities. We will definitely stay here again should we visit this area again.”

“The rental management company for this listing was difficult. They contacted me outside of VRBO, asking for my credit card over the phone. When questioned, the person told me that they lost my credit card number. When I pointed out that I paid through the VRBO app for secure payment and that they should have my payment information, I was then told that they had NOT lost my credit card number that they indeed had it but still needed me to call them and give it to them over the phone to……

“The location was great for what we needed. We were in the area to clean out a storage unit. The duplex had everything we needed and it was very clean. The beds are comfortable too. I loved everything about it except the moist smell. We opened the exterior doors and it helped a lot to air it out. There is a dehumidifier, but it didn’t seem to help. Other than the smell it was EXCELLENT! ”

The sports shed is full of all the gear you need to enjoy everything on the property. We had a blast playing kickball on the wiffleball field. The full size blackstone is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. I didn’t see any cocktail mixing materials for the bar but we made do. Washer and dryer worked really well and the 2 extra refrigerator/freezer combo was……
