“This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill……

“This was the perfect location to get away for the weekend and celebrate my wife and I’s 10 year anniversary. The property was clean, private, and had great views being on the pond. The hot tub was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this home and stay here again! ”

“Me and my husband absolutely loved this cottage and the setting. Frye Island is such a cute place and we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. It was a 15 minute walk to the ferry and store where we got picked up for a fishing charter. The beaches on the south and west side of the island were absolutely beautiful and I wish we could have spent more time there. 1.5 baths and plenty of space, very private setting at the cottage really help us enjoy our stay.”

“As a family of four with two teens, this place was perfect. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, the outside deck with a charcoal grill, (easy to light with some propane attached) firepit with supplied wood and access to Long lake with a cute little beach with a kayak. We explored Sebago Lake, (rented a pontoon boat) did the Songo River Queen riverboat ride (the 12p-2p is more informative, the later night one is more of a party boat). We hiked Rattlesnake mountain, took walks to explore the……

With 2 of my children’s weddings on the horizon this year and currently in the process of downsizing our home, it’s an understatement to say the least that we haven’t had much downtime. This house provided a dream weekend retreat for some much needed quality family time. EVERYTHING about this place EXCEEDED our expectations… including the hosts!”
