“Our family chose to spend their family Christmas at the Manchester’s Farm for the second year in a row. The size, location and accommodations are perfect. Our children all live in the Windham area and it was easy for them to come for the day. Our grandchildren did have the opportunity to spend some alone time with Mimi and Poppi and they love the farmhouse!Thanks to the Manchester’s for the Christmas tree. It added the perfect touch to our stay.”

“We had such a lovely stay here visiting our Bates student and friends, with our dog. The farmhouse has so many extras for dogs (dog bed, dishes, dog lead in the back, and lots of ducks and chickens to watch!). Lots for kids too - books, boardgames, video games, air hockey and outside stuff. Great setup for cooking and lots of extras throughout. Beds were super comfy and host was very responsive. Would absolutely return!.”

“Mark’s home was lovely and comfortable for our family reunion. The hosts were very easy to access and incredibly accommodating. “Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We……
