“Our family chose to spend their family Christmas at the Manchester’s Farm for the second year in a row. The size, location and accommodations are perfect. Our children all live in the Windham area and it was easy for them to come for the day. Our grandchildren did have the opportunity to spend some alone time with Mimi and Poppi and they love the farmhouse!Thanks to the Manchester’s for the Christmas tree. It added the perfect touch to our stay.”

“Enjoyed being more in the country, yet easy to drive to Portland and to Manchester. Loved having the pool table. Barn is terrific! Lots of room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Loved the owner's mom. She was very welcoming. Thanks for a lovely stay!”

“Mark’s home was lovely and comfortable for our family reunion. The hosts were very easy to access and incredibly accommodating. My young children loved the playroom and spent hours in there the first day. We enjoyed exploring the area very much. Though we had talk for 4 days, the house had plenty of room to spread out.”

“Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We……
