“Nice”

“The staff were helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping. The breakfast offerings changed slightly during our three-day stay. We didn't need housekeeping, but they delivered clean towels to our room after I requested them in the corridor. The kitchen was fabulous - it featured a mini dishwasher, a set of four dishes, a two-burner stovetop, and a good-sized fridge-freezer.”

“Customer service by Elisha was excellent! Before arrival, she sent me an email to check on my status as I was unreachable on my non-US number and needed to confirm on my reservation. The place is so tranquil; upon arrival, I immediately extended for another night, knowing that I would enjoy the peace and quiet. There were a few guests around, and we all had our own spaces - I went on my runs around the compound while others had their activities. The kitchen was self sufficient - I could cook……

“We traveled from NC to TN for funeral for 2 nights. We needed more time in the area and Erika and Kim helped accommodate us for additional night. It was quiet, clean and convenient to the interstate. The bed was super comfy too. ”
