“8th Street Blues was great! Spacious and easy to get to. We took the Amtrak train into La Crosse and it was a very short uber to the property. It was also within 10 mins of downtown and the river, which was great for when we had some downtime. There was plenty of room for two couples and even space for more if needed. Would definitely recommend going forward!”

“The owner Paula was awesome! The house is comfortable, well taken care of, clean and has all the things you need. We stayed there for a bachelorette party and spent a lot of our time relaxing at the house playing games at the table and enjoying the beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cherished. This will remain one of the warmest memories of my travels.
