“This is a great home for a large group if you're visiting Grand County! We had mine and my sister's family with a total of 10 of us for spring break. The home is well appointed with everything you need from the kitchen to even things you wouldn't think of like shampoo & body soap in the bathrooms. The double masters and the kids bunk room were our deciding factor to choose this location after our normal rental house was no longer available and it didn't disappoint. “This house is incredible. We had a large group and it was so spacious for all of us. The games, fireplaces, hot tub, and set up were all perfect!!! We were there to ski but we would have loved to just stay in and enjoy this beautiful home. Will definitely be back! ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, off the beaten path home. It was perfectly in-between RMNP and Winter Park activities. The home was very clean and very well stocked. Kitchen, bath, beds were very comfortable. Having laundry was wonderful after dusty hikes. Communication with the owners was stellar and prompt. Location is close to grocery and gas services. (and the Rodeo, which we highly recommend during the July 4th weekend) We did find that the grill didn't work (had propane but didn't……

“We enjoy the spectacular view from the living room. It was a beautiful painting every morning. The beds were comfy and the downstairs was wonderful for our teen/young adult kids. The only issue we had was the dining table is too small for a 5 bedroom. Overall, it was a wonderful location and we enjoyed our stay. ”
