“The place has a great location near a ski rental and the bus stop. Bus schedule was a little iffy, but its close enough to walk if need be. I would not call it a ski-in/ski out. Place was clean, warm, nice fireplace. I did not use the pool or laundry, but the hot tub was shut down because of people not showering. ”

“Very clean, clear and responsive communication from the owner. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for Presidents' day weekend, even with birthday candles to help celebrate our friend's birthday! The floors we heated also, and the included ski locker came in clutch for our stay. Loved every aspect of the visit, and would love to come back again. ”

“The property has a great location, easy to get to & close to everything in Winter Park. But it definitely needs updating & overall work done to it. The baseboard heat wasn’t working when we arrived, we called and they said they’d have maintenance check on it but we never saw anyone come or any improvement in the 4 days we stayed. There was a wood burning fireplace but there were only 3 small logs in the unit and we couldn’t get an answer if there was more somewhere we could use so we ended up……
