“The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this relatively spacious studio condo. Small kitchen had everything we needed. King bed was comfy. Good wifi and provided access to Netflix without using your personal account was a bonus. Convenient access to ski rentals and Gondola. Ski locker on main floor provided easy storage of gear without cluttering the condo. Check in and communication with owner was flawless. Minor drawbacks are longer walk from elevator to condo than most units and need to keep window……

“A quaint and older condo, very cozy and just enough room for 5-6 people. The place was clean and just as described. Conveniently located, within in walking distance to everywhere in downtown Winter Park. The only thing that was remotely negative was the refrigerator was a bit loud, and with it being a condo thr people upstairs moving around would be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected. I would stay here again again.”

“The property was perfect for our 3 generation family trip with 19 people ages 4 to 70. The oldest were on the main level so they didn't have to constantly go up and down stairs. Having living rooms on each level allowed the kids of different ages group according to interest and not be in each others hair. The kitchen accommodated large family meals each day. We loved it.”
