“There was a problem with check in caused by Expedia, but it was quickly resolved by manager. Very charming hotel, I hope it never renovates to go modern. The restaurant is good, and the surrounding area is lovely.”

“This is my second time staying at Frankie's VRBO so clearly I like it! The space is lovely and clean. It's conveniently located both to get to Boston and to the North Shore. Check-in and check-out is easy and Frankie is readily available if you need him. Do know that if you have mobility issues, there are some steep stairs to climb up to get to the apartment, so just a heads up about that. But overall, a very good experience.”

“This is a gem of a place. Easy check in and out, super friendly and helpful host, and immaculate accommodations inside and out. The beach is literally out your back door! The house was stocked with basic essentials like laundry pods, coffee and even some snacks! Communication was very easy with Elise and when we needed something, she was on it. I would 100% stay here again. ”

“Comfortable place to stay on the water overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown. Sunsets are amazing behind the tall buildings of downtown. Trails close by for walking and sightseeing. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had trouble with getting any of the TV's to work and there was an annoying flood light shining on the back deck from the neighbors house all day and night. Other than those two things it was nice to have a house on the water with a fantastic view. ”
