“We had a wedding to attend in Culpepper and it was nice to unwind a few more days at this cottage. Gorgeous area and the cottage was very comfortable/well equipped. Loved the peace and quiet! Jerry was a great host!”

The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing — we loved dining at the table outside and spending evenings around the fire pit. The location was also ideal for exploring the area; we enjoyed visiting Monticello and Carter Mountain Orchard during our trip. A peaceful, comfortable getaway that made our holiday weekend truly special!”

“A friend and I stayed at this fine cottage over the weekend. We came to do some astrophotography at Big Meadows and didn’t feel like camping with our photography gear. So we stayed at this Cottage. Beds where comfortable, there was bottles of water in frig for us, kuerig coffee , and a box of chocolate chip cookies for us to eat. It was a very clean place easy to relax in. I could tell the details matter to this host. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking……

“What a view! We enjoyed our stay at 3100 feet. It was worth the ride on the unpaved path to the top! We had a comfortable and peaceful time, staying very comfortably at the top of the world. “We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Shenandoah National Park! The house is very big and spacious—even more than it appears in the pictures. It’s tucked away in the mountains, offering stunning views, especially in the morning. Just be aware that the house is located off a non-paved road, so it’s best to arrive before dark, as the drive can be tricky at night.The location is very close to Luray Caverns, which made day trips super convenient. The play area and hot tub were great……
