“I stayed at the cabin while fishing. The location was great. The property was very quiet with only a rare passing train. I would book again!”

“Good space with lots of historical character. We used it well for our pre-xmas family gathering. Good location for downtown and the river walk. Comfortable beds, plenty of parking. Fairly well stock w/dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.Kind of sparsely decorated and the furniture is a bit too small for such large rooms. Could use spare chairs and blankets in the bedrooms. Back bedroom is unheated. Some small details need to be worked out like doors latches, towel racks, kitchen organization,……

“Cottage is awesome, clean and with all the amenities you could possibly need. We stayed for two nights for a quick getaway for my husbands birthday and visited Silver Lake Sand Dunes (approx 40 mins away) and used the rowboat to enjoy Big Star Lake and do some fishing. Beautiful view, as advertised and even better in person! Looking forward to a return trip :)”

“This was the 2nd time we stayed at this VRBO, great location, close to lots of public land and the pm river. We spent a weekend archery hunting and cooking up some great meals. Communication was good, great property! I could sit on the back deck and listen to the river every day. Everything was smooth with no issues. Would gladly stay again.”
