“We recently had a weekend getaway to this location. The property manager was very precise with our expectations and everything was as Advertised. The rustic feel was amazing. We spent much of our time in the hot tub, as it was winter with snow on the ground. We were just about 30 minutes away from Priarie Du Chein and Harper's Ferry and went to the winery. “Had an amazing time. Property was clean, beautiful, quiet and private. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Owners were fantastic and communicative. Would highly recommend. ”

“The house was the perfect size for the four of us. (You could easily have 6-8 people.) We loved being able to walk down to the dock and fish. The second night there we caught lots of fish! The only downfall was that there wasn't any seating on the dock. Next time we'll bring our own chairs to take down with us.There is a big patio with a grill and a nice table and chair set to sit at and enjoy the outdoors and even a screened in back patio where we sat and enjoyed supper. “Water Street Cabin had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable, cook our meals, and relax. We stayed with our 3 adult children and had plenty of space. We enjoyed the location, and getting to hot tub was a true bonus.”

“The trains were louder and more frequent than we anticipated. The location being close to Wyalusing State Park and Effigy Mounds was a plus for us. ”
