“We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Check in and communication could not have been any easier. So much attention to detail! Books and games and toys for our kids were set out. Pool toys and towels were set out for us. The hot tub heated quickly and the set up of the pool was perfect for lounging and playing with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked- we had everything we needed!! We will most definitely be back! ”

“What a charming mountain cabin packed full of amenities! There wasn't any snow in late December when we visited, but just a short 25-minute drive up the mountain got us plenty to play in. This place sleeps a ton of people for not a whole lot of space, and comes with a decently-outfitted kitchen for cooking adventures. Would definitely visit again!”

“Nothing about this review is personal. I think it's only fair that people have the info before spending time & money. When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong. Parking is in the host's driveway, behind their personal vehicles. We were reluctant to park there because we didn't want to block anyone in, but the host……

“This home is new and very comfortable and is as the pictures describe. The bedrooms are upstairs and it was fine for our 86 and 88 year olds with us.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and I would definitely stay here again.”

“The place was very nice with amazing views of the mountains and Lake Isabella. Only a little over an hour to the Trail of 100 giants to see the Sequoia trees! Had most of the amenities and was very peaceful and quiet. ”

“Property was great. Plenty of information throughout the house identifying what was what and how to do various things around the house. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. Pete was super helpful accommodating us staying an extra day. 10/10 nice guy”

“Brought our daughters to this place - special to us after the earthquake - and had the most wonderful family vacation. Spectacular spot with breathtaking views in the coziest of artsy homes around! Pinecone Landing is the perfect vacation spot. My favorite part was the cacophony of the coyote choir in the distant canyon. And Marni, the host is warm and lovely in every way. “The cabin had what we needed. It was nice to unplug for the weekend. We rented kid friendly movies from the local redbox and took kid appropriate games.”
