“It was a nice place to stay. It was clean and tidy with equipped kitchen. The place is spacious and near the Cook Strait Ferry pier.”

“The staff was super friendly. I didn’t require cleaning service and I kept the sign on the door for three days so they would know that I didn’t need the service. Each day the same cleaning staff would ask if I needed anything like extra towels or soap etc. As a solo traveler it felt good to know that someone cared enough to check with me. “酒店職員友善，地點便利，酒店對面有food court。不過房間有異味，電水壺內有污漬，風筒有封塵，花灑水壓不足。”

“Acceptable. The hotel is located at the edge of a residential area and a bustling district, making it fairly convenient. The staff were warm and attentive, and the place had a nostalgic charm. My room had the bed facing an entire wall of windows, which directly overlooked another hotel across the street. For those who value privacy, I recommend checking the room details with the staff beforehand or asking on-site if a room change is possible (which I should have done).”

“Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.”

“Great location and very smart and tidy apartment. The hot water cylinder located in the bedroom closet gurgled and dripped all night, which disrupted my sleep somewhat.”

“熱水爐容量比較細，4 人合住，需要安排洗澡時段，第一天未有經驗，結果要捱冷水 提供的熱水煲很殘舊，煲蓋已老化到甩粉，壺咀嚴重生銹，因為前台不是 24 小時，捱了一天晚，第二日換了個好一點的，勉強可用”

“職員錯誤指示泊車地點，引致泊錯停車場，要繳交相等於泊車費三陪的罰款，令我相當不滿意。乾衣機性能極差，不足3kg的衣物，乾了三次共1.5小時都未乾到！”
