“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. “The apartment was clean, quiet and a great location. Doors seperating the two sleeping quarters was perfect. A/C was welcoming after long days out. Mini fridge was perfect for water and leftovers. Shower was great. Parking garage just a few doors down. Could have used more towels and smaller pillows and a 2nd remote. Overall, this was a great value. Will stay again!”

“Nice amount of space, great location. Overall was great. The top floor/loft stairs are very steep and only having 1 key is annoying. Beyond that, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay again”

“Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. It's close to a few towns but also close to a lot of must see nature areas. We would definitely stay there again!”

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
