“For what I paid I absolutely expected much less. The staff was serviced based and very helpful. My room was kept extremely clean. I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton at the rate I paid with whom I work with I was just expecting a good place to stay that was clean and convenient. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property for being an older hotel and the service was excellent. I will be staying there again soon. “The hotel is very nice, charming, and a great value for the price. It’s in the perfect location right by the beach and just steps away from 5th Avenue. We loved walking along the beach and especially enjoyed walking 5th Avenue at night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and even helping with our suitcases. Just a small note: it can be a little tricky to find at first since it’s right on the beach and there’s no direct parking. We had to park in a nearby……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
