“Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.”

Wir bekamen noch den Hinweis, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster laut Buchung hat - daraufin gab es ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße. Ohne weitere Diskussion gab es noch ein Upgrade - freies Frühstück für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - 500 m bis zur U-Bahn, die in Xi'an sehr hilfreich ist, da Bahnhof und……
