“I recently stayed at The Cabins at Monkey falls in Cayo and had a great time! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I mentioned that the initial bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. They promptly exchanged it for us, and the new bed made a significant difference in our comfort. Aside from that, the atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. “The perfect place to stay in San Ignacio! You can easily walk to the main streets of town, and it's only a short drive to places like Cahal Pech and Xunantunich. The staff was wonderful, and our room was a crisp, air-conditioned oasis after being out in the sunshine! Our room had a balcony, but there's also a nice shaded sitting area by the bar. Although we felt pretty safe anyways, they do have security after 8pm, which made us feel even better. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel,……

“We enjoyed our stay at Mariposa, the tone was set the moment we arrived. We checked in late and I went to go run in to give our information, our server Robby insured that he needed to greet us properly and asked all our guests to come in for a welcome drink which we thoroughly enjoyed, the kitchen was also waiting on to offer us dinner before they went home for the evening. “It was great. The waterfalls on site are stunning. The views from the restaurant are amazing and the staff was great. They were always friendly and attentive. The only complaint is that it needs some sort of AC for during the day. Fans weren't enough to keep the room cool in the hot season. Other times of the year I'm sure it's perfect.
