“Very clean! Summer time would be better so we could sit outside and enjoy the sound of the river that's right outside the back door. There was some garbage behind the shed that didn't look good but with the weather being cold we didn't spend time outside except to walk and let our dog go potty. Other than that, it was cozy and a nice stay!”

“We fit a lot in during our 4 day stay! A trip to Bandon to enjoy the ocean, wine tasting at Cooper Ridge and Knostman Family Winery, and waterfalls. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub each night. The house was nicely decorated and met all of our needs! We walked the neighborhood and spent time at the river. Abby was spot on with her communication. We highly recommend booking a stay at the Monroe River House!”

It was awesome.The home is situated across a road from Cottage Grove Lake. We had to find accommodations to cover the first night and there was no offer for compensation. The internet wasn't working and the water was shut off on the 3rd day. My employees live out of their suitcases and count on lodging to be a seamless process. This was not that. Would not recommend for these reasons.”
