“The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. “Stayed in the Hall itself with a Mountain View room with a super comfy four poster bed. Great quiet location and lovely accommodation. Polite welcoming staff served us throughout our stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. ”

“Nice and friendly welcome and on arrival impressed with the bedroom however on checking bedding a dried blood stain on the fitted sheet which was clear to see and in clear view (must have been seen when making the bed up) and also a dirty stained pillowcase was evident. Reception informed and immediately resolved the issue. They also offered a free drink as an apology. Tv remote required new batteries but was advised the sensor was hid behind the dressing table mirror and although we moved it,……

“Everything was great! Nothing bad to point out. If I had to nit pick, I'd say the "Rock" keyrings are a bit bulky to carry in your trousers. Apart from that nothing else, the Staff was really friendly!”

Breakfast delicious, plenty of lovely choices, some fresh uncut bread would have have elevated it. One hundred per cent would stay again. ”
