“The best thing about our stay was the host - Guillermo and his wife Marlene went above and beyond: picked us up at the airport no charge; helped us track down my phone after I left it in a taxi :-( ; recommended restaurants; spoke English well and helped with translation; and even presented me with a birthday cake on my birthday! The place is quiet and private and 5 blocks from the beach.”

“Our place was quite unique and had a nice atmosphere. Close to the beach but there are some hills to tackle before getting there. Outdoor space with hammock was nice to have. Missing some Canadian luxuries like microwave, washer and dryer and TV. There were people above us that you could hear occasionally. We enjoyed are stay.”

“We stayed here 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. Clean space, great host, and wonderful memories. Unfortunately this stay was disappointing. The air conditioning in one bedroom was broken for the duration of our stay. A ceiling fan was rusted and broken. The house attendant was very nice, but did not wash towels, even after we used them several times and left them visibly soiled in the hamper to be washed. “Loved my stay my only complaint is that the bed sheets were very dirty with brown stains on the pillows and linens in both bedrooms. I sent it to property manager but nothing done about it.
