“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. “We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. “The property was immaculate and the service was outstanding. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only down side (which we knew going in) is there was no dining options on the property. The did offer a free complimentary breakfast. There was a hotel just down the beach (10 minute walk) that had multiple restaurants. Great place to stay. Highly recommend! ”

“I just stayed at the shore club 04/29/25 - 05/05/25 and it was an absolutely stunning property !!! The staff is absolutely incredible, notable mentions would be the property manager , Rosa the bar tender, Amber the sailing captain, all house keeping staff, and all kitchen staff. From the moment you enter the property you feel like you are in paradise. The food is incredible, the beach is perfect, activities are great. This is the place to stay without a doubt. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. “Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”
