“转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。”

“This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar. A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a……

“Am Stadtrand gelegenes Hotel mit persönlicher Note. Äußerst behilflicher Chef Joseph und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einfache Zimmer aber mit allem was man braucht. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Gute Küche. Flughafentransfer und Transfer in die Stadt funktionieren. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.”
