“The hotel locates near a train station, if on the lower floor it can be disturbing by the noise of the traffic and the train. Otherwise, the location is great to access to shopping, dining , museum island and Berlin Dom. Not sure ( decide not to ask) if the hotel offers room cleaning every day. Our room was not cleaned after first night since we scattered all our stuffs in the room, so we didn’t ask during the stay. ”

“I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.”

“It is a nicely decorated hotel right next to berlins public square where classical concerts take place in the summer. Unfortunate for us the square has been boarded up for renovation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff served us well. ”

“我本人 太不滿意自動化check in.可以的話有人手幫助check in選擇. 房間內兩大問題.1.廁所燈光足夠,但係房內燈光昏暗,如兩者燈光對換就好.每次執物品需到近廁所位才可執東西. 2.房內wi-fi很弱,需站立到門口才可接收.很不方便. 3.供电socket有時無电供應. ”
