“Nós gostamos bastante! Localização boa, conseguimos nos deslocar a pé e de metrô para vários pontos turísticos. O tempo de água quente foi suficiente, sustentável! Fomos em 4 e não ficamos sem banho quente! A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos adequada! Toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Uma pequena observação para a qualidade das toalhas, que não eram tão boas , estavam desgastadas e um pouco encardidas. Da pra cozinhar tranquilamente! A recepção funciona 24h! E ainda oferecem um lanchinho de boas……

“Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. ”

“En un principio nos dieron una habitación que no coincidía con lo reservado, se reservó cama queen y la habitación tenia cama full (más pequeña que la queen), la habitación era muy pequeña y si bien tenía armario no tenia estantes donde colocar cosas, unicamente dos ganchos para colgar la ropa... muy pequeña e incómoda. Sin embargo al hacer el reclamo, me cambiaron la habitación sin mayor reparo, por una mucho más cómoda y con el tamaño de cama correcto. Desde ahí todo fluyó muy bien y la……

“Close to good restaurant bella vista.”

“A pleasant guesthouse in a quiet, convenient location. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Some of the fittings could use a handyman - it’s not the Ritz. ”
