“As a caution, I share the following paragraph. I booked our hotel rooms under the name I use, Larry. My ID says Laurence and they would not let me check in, although I had already paid for the rooms. After 90 minutes I was able to contact Hotels.com through their online chat and get them to change the name on the reservation and we were allowed to check in. Make sure your reservation matches your ID.
Other than that, our stay was delightful. ”

“I had trouble checking in; I was on hold for over an hour because my reservation couldn't be found.
The first night was horrible because the power went out and came back every 5 minutes for several hours.
The pool was excellent, the food was very good, and the room price was reasonable.
The property is a bit run down compared to my previous visits.
I hope the room is in better condition and has a toaster when they return.”

“Wow where do I start. It was unexpected but in a great way. The property is beautiful and you would not expect what you walk into from the entrance. The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome. Edwin, Julio security was always available. the food was 5 stars... The pool amazing. They made me feel like family. The only thing I would say that they could improve on was adding a blackout curtain so……

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by English-speaking hosts, making check-in smooth and easy — no stress at all. We were thrilled to be upgraded to the penthouse suite, which was fantastic.

“Solange, the cheerful manager at this new hotel, welcomed us at the last minute after a flight cancellation. The property is very clean and walkable to the beach and nice restaurants. “The property would get a full 5 star review except for a few things:
1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash. It's not unbearable but it's there
2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control
3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work
