“Wow where do I start. It was unexpected but in a great way. The property is beautiful and you would not expect what you walk into from the entrance. The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome. Edwin, Julio security was always available. the food was 5 stars... The pool amazing. They made me feel like family. The only thing I would say that they could improve on was adding a blackout curtain so……

“The property would get a full 5 star review except for a few things: 1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash. It's not unbearable but it's there 2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control 3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work That's pretty much it. “Solange, the cheerful manager at this new hotel, welcomed us at the last minute after a flight cancellation. The property is very clean and walkable to the beach and nice restaurants. Our loft room was spacious with a nice bathroom and strong AC; the beds were a little soft and springy for our preference. There were a couple nice options for the made-to-order breakfast, and we appreciated the complimentary ride to the airport.”

“It was a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Plaza Europa. As usual, they accommodated well. The only thing was that the kitchen could have been better equipped, but the staff were right there when needed to help me out if necessary. A great stay as usual.”

“We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was exceptionally nice. We had our own private pool which was cleaned by the staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, like organizing a golf cart and taxis for us. Highly recommend!”
