“I like the location, the garden with the pool and the professional and very friendly staff, especially the reception... Especially a big thanks to Lume, the recepcionist... last 4 years i visited Tirana twice a year and i always choose Rogner Hotel. “A small well-presented modern hotel close to the centre of town with friendly and helpful staff. It also has a very pleasant roof bar which is open to the public. It is however on the intersection of two very busy streets so there is a lot of traffic noise if you want to open a window. ”
